RIP #81519

I still remember the number [#81519][] very clear in my head. It is a critical regression issue of OpenOffice.org that often breaks all OO.o products when mixing Thai and English characters. I posted #81519 on Sep 12, 2007 and it was fixed on Sep 19, 2007. Actually, the process at OO.o has just reached the end yesterday when this patch has been included in official release.

The development process at OO.o is very long because they have to test and verify each patch one by one to prevent another issues and code quality. Now #81519 has been officially closed and it is included in OOH680_m7 aka OpenOffice.org 2.4 Release Candidate 1 or 2.4.0rc1. Actually, i18n38 OOG680 has been included since 2.3.1. Ubuntu 8.04 may not include 2.4.0 but at least it includes 2.3.1 right now.
