Publish O-Net/A-Net results in Google App Engine

Just an intuition. It should be possible to publish O-Net/A-Net results in Google App Engine. As an expect result, next year O-Net and A-Net sites will never go down. 0 downtime! Could it be a senior project? Is it too easy?

great idea! but does it have some conflicts with the government? i mean those privacy issues. the officers have to keep the data on their machines, don't they?

But it should be ok for proof of concept :) Government must buy how many machines to serve all students.
