According to jibjib 1.0.7, I claimed that public timeline was back to work as before. Unfortunately, there are other headers needed to be removed to make it work. That's why I release jibjib 1.0.8. In fact, I added since_id parameter to public timeline but always get incorrect results so this feature is now disabled until I find the right way to implement it. I'm sorry.

There is no big improvement but I still recommend to upgrade :)
