jibjib 1.0.10 with adjustable timeline length and minimize command

Actually, after released jibjib 1.0.9 only 10 minutes, I found a minor bug regarding character counts of multi-byte characters. So I fixed that problem and wait to release the fix in 1.0.10. Now it is the right time to release 1.0.10 with other new features listed below.

Fixed incorrect getBytes().
Decoded &lquot; and &rquot;.
Added new setting to adjust the length of timeline.
Added minimize button.
Added JSON parsing detection to help debugging JSONArray error.

Upgrade now! And report your issues to improve jibjib.
