Birdnest is diet

Birdnest 2 is coming. Anyway, I need to optimize bandwidth consumption NOW. So last night I created another branch for this quick diet. There are 3 changes in this new #birdnest.

All unnecessary HTTP response headers are removed, for example, status, x-runtime, etag, cache-control, pragma, set-cookie, vary and connection.
url field in user response is removed.
Link in source field is removed.

It should reduce bandwidth about 1000-2000 bytes.
