Yesterday I had my first session in PRAGMA 15. It is a hand-on session regarding SCMSWeb. Anyway, SCMSWeb is too easy for hand-on so I set the goal of this hand-on to extending SCMSWeb using Python. There are several approach to talk with SCMSWeb. One of them is asking for live information in XML format.

Anyway, most of audiences are non-programmer. They do not have any background in programming especially in Python. After an hour and 30 minutes, they are able to code in Python to parse XML using minidom and XPath. I have no enough time to tell them to use vi so nano was the best choice.
