Finally, we made it happen, the first BarCamp in Thailand. I would like to thank you everybody, participants and sponsors, for fantastic day, impressive experience and invaluable discussions at BarCampBangkok. I am unable to explain what BarCamp is exactly. Only way to understand BarCamp is to join the BarCamp. I don't know today is successful or not but I am sure that we are all happy!

I guess all participants now should realize what BarCamp is and why it is worth to attend, like me. All organizers spent 1-2 months for BarCampBangkok. We prepared equipments, venue, cool t-shirts, banners, foods and sponsors.

Now I understand noneck. Last few months he said "just make it happen and let it go". After BarCampBangkok started, I did need to do anything else, ones want to talk, just talk. Everybody has passion to present something relating to their invaluable experiences. There were also non-technical sessions, e.g., hill climbing. I like them! And today I saw 120,000 baht bicycle in BarCampBangkok!

Now it is time to look toward to the second BarCampBangkok at the beach! Tentative schedule is some day in May or June this year. Prepare yourself early. We are welcome sponsors more and more. Sorry for inconvenience to all existing sponsors. I promise to make it better for the second time so please sponsor us again.

Note: Photos and slides are coming soon.

"passion" is the best suit buzzword, i think. At first I did really worry about how things will go, but at last, the camp was completed sucessfully. Thanks for all the organizers!

btw. the 120K bike is the white one right? Whose bike is that?? p'pok's?
