Since barcampbangkok, it seems like Twitter gaining far more popular in Thailand. This is the a Twitter rules! aftershock, I guess. Anyway, many people do not understand the real power of Twitter yet. To make you get more fun tweeting, I will try to introduce some useful tips.

The first tip is the most important one. Twitter is just so so if you tweet through web interface or twitter clients. You must bind your Google Talk account to twitter. That is the rule!

To bind your gtalk to twitter, simply go to devices page and follow instruction.

1. Enter your gtalk account. In fact, it also supports Live Journal and other Jabber. Then click save button.
2. Remember the secret 6 letters.
3. Add twitter@twitter.com to your gtalk contact list.
4. Send that 6 letters to twitter@twitter.com.

After this point, you are able to tweet without pain. There are a few special command you should know.

1. follow sugree - Follow someone instantly.
2. on sugree - Turn on notification via im. If you want to see his/her tweets in gtalk, don't forget to "on".
3. whois sugree - No need to explain.
4. unfollow sugree - If you really want :P
5. off sugree - Turn off im notification. You will see tweets via web and clients.
6. get sugree - Get latest tweet.
7. nudge sugree - Nudge someone.
8. d sugree message - Send private message directly to someone. If you are on gtalk, it will appear there. If you are offline, SMS will be sent instead. By default, an email will be sent too.
9. track alien - Get notification of all messages referring "alien". You may track whatever you want.
10. track - Get your track list.
11. untrack alien - Stop tracking "alien".
