เมื่อวันก่อนสรุปภาษาอังกฤษไปแล้ว วันนี้มาต่อที่ภาษาไทยสำหรับคนไทยโดยเฉพาะ งาน DrupalCamp Bangkok เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2551 ที่ผ่านมาก็สำเร็จไปได้ด้วยดี แม้ว่าจะเบี่ยงเบนจากเป้าหมายเดิมไปบ้าง แต่ก็ไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย คนที่สนุกก็สนุก งานก็เป็นแนวกึ่ง BarCamp แต่ไม่ใช่พันธุ์แท้ 100% ด้วยสาเหตุเดียวคือ "เรายังไม่พร้อม"

นี่ไม่ใช่การมองโลกในแง่ร้าย ผมแค่พยายามจะยอมรับความจริง

Yesterday we had DrupalCamp Bangkok hosted by INET and sponsored by CodeGent, OpenDream and @jfxberns. At first this supposed to be a small event with only 30 participants; however, it was ended up at 100+ registrants again. Honestly, I don't expect to see any good sessions or great presentation in this camp because Drupal is just a new comer in Thailand. Drupal Thailand has not so many members and most of the topics in the forum are all basic questions. In fact, my hidden agenda in DrupalCampBangkok is:

1. to promote the feature of Drupal that you have to spend a day or two to get the same thing in other CMS;
2. to meet the demand;
3. to meet the supply;
4. to meet all you in person!

DrupalCampBangkok yesterday was great no doubt. It satisfied all my targets perfectly.

This is my slide presented at DrupalCamp Bangkok, another BarCamp style meeting targeted to all drupal users in Bangkok area. Actually, I proposed 3 topics.

I am so sorry that I could not make other sessions on time so I had only one session and one slide. The rest of yesterday I spent them just to introduce Drupal to new users. DrupalCamp is a great place to promote Drupal!
